چکیده

این پژوهش با هدف بررسی نقش مدیران مدرسه‌ها در تشکیل اجتماع یادگیری حرفه‌ای معلمان و واکاوی باورهای مدیران دراین‌باره انجام شده است. پژوهش با استفاده از «روش کیفی» به صورت مرور نظام‌مند، مطابق با گام‌‌های ارائه شده توسط رایت و همکارانش (2007) صورت پذیرفته است. پژوهش‌های مرتبط از میان 9 مجلة پیشرو بین‌المللی در مدیریت آموزشی شناسایی و استخراج شدند. در مجموع، 35 مقالة مرتبط با هدف‌ها و سؤال‌های پژوهش حاضر انتخاب و مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. سنتز داده‌ها در سه سطح کدگذاری باز، کدگذاری محوری و کدگذاری انتخابی صورت گرفته است.
18 کد باز (نشانه) در کد انتخابی «باورهای مدیران مدارس در تشکیل اجتماع یادگیری حرفه‌ای معلمان» شناسایی شدند. این کدهای باز در قالب چهار مضمون محوری دسته‌بندی شدند. نتایج این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد باور به اهمیت بسترسازی، باور به منش مردم‌سالارانه و رهبری مشارکتی، باور به توسعة حرفه‌ای تاملیِ جمعی و عملی، و باور به تعهد و مسئولیت مشترک برای تقویت یادگیری فراگیرندگان، مؤلفه‌های محوری باورهای مدیران مدرسه‌ها در تشکیل اجتماع یادگیری حرفه‌ای معلمان هستند.
پیشنهاد می‌شود در گزینش و ارزشیابی و دوره‌های ضمن خدمت، ویژگی‌‌هایی که در این پژوهش حاصل و تجمیع شده پیشِ ‌روی مسئولان باشد تا از یک‌سو از حضور افرادی که دچار ضعف‌های شخصیتی و اخلاقی هستند در کسوت معلمی پیشگیری کنند و از سوی دیگر ضمن نظارت بر رفتار و عملکرد شاغلان و معلمان حاضر، ایشان را به خودسازی و اصلاح خویش برانگیزانند و در همه‌ حال، رشد مهارتی و توجه به آداب تربیتی را از ایشان مطالبه کنند.

چکیده English

This research was conducted with the purpose of investigating the school principals’ role in the formation of teachers’ professional learning communities and analyzing the principals' beliefs about this. It was a qualitative study in the form of a systematic review, according to the steps provided by Wright et al. (2007). Related researches have been identified and extracted from 9 leading international journals on the educational management. A total of 35 articles related to the goals and questions of the current research have been selected and analyzed. Data synthesis has been done at three levels: open, central and selective coding. 18 open codes (indicators) were identified in the selected code "school principals' beliefs in the formation of teachers’ professional learning community". These open codes were categorized into4 core themes (strategic component). The results show that the belief in the importance of contextualization, the belief in the democratic nature and participatory leadership, the belief in collective and practical professional development, and the belief in the commitment and shared responsibility to strengthen the learners' learning are the central components of the beliefs of school principals in the formation of teachers' professional learning community.
