Therefore, 600 high school students from 20 schools completed student efficacy scale of Jinks and Morgan's (1999) and personal achievement goal orientation and school goal structure scales of Midgley et al. (2000). Also, the school teachers answered teacher's sense of efficacy scale developed by Tschannen- Moran and Hoy (2004). The results of multilevel analysis revealed that at the student level, there is a positive and significant relationship between academic self-efficacy, mastery goal orientation, performance-approach goal orientation, amount of study time and academic achievement. This relationship was negative and significant for the performance-avoidance goal orientation. Girls were found to have higher academic achievement as compared to boys. At the school level, school type and mastery goal structure had a positive and significant relationship with students’ academic achievement. No significant relationship was found among performance-approach, performance-avoidance goal structure, teacher’s collective self-efficacy and academic achievement of students. The level-1 predictors accounted for 49% of the student-level variance and the level-2 predictors accounted for 79% of the school-level variance.}, keywords = {Academic AchievementAcademic Self-efficacyPersonal Achievement GoalSchool Goal StructureTeachers’ Collective EfficacyMultilevel Analysis}, title_fa = {تحلیل چندسطحی عوامل سطح دانش آموز و مدرسه بر پیشرفت تحصیلی دانش آموزان}, abstract_fa = {هدف مطالعة حاضر بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر پیشرفت تحصیلی دانش آموزان در دو سطح دانش آموز و مدرسه بود. بدین منظور ۶۰۰ دانش آموز دورة متوسطه از ۲۰ مدرسه، پرسشنامه های خودکارآمدی تحصیلی مورگان و جینگز (۱۹۹۹)، جهت گیری اهداف پیشرفت شخصی و ساختار هدفی مدرسه میگلی و همکاران (۲۰۰۰) و دبیران این مدارس پرسشنامة کارآمدی جمعی معلم تشان-موران و بار (۲۰۰۴) را تکمیل نمودند. نتایج تحلیل چند سطحی نشان داد در سطح دانش آموز متغیرهای خودکارآمدی تحصیلی، جهت گیری هدفی تبحری، جهت گیری هدفی عملکردی-رویکردی و میزان مطالعه رابطة مثبت و معنادار با پیشرفت تحصیلی دانش آموزان دارد. این رابطه برای جهت گیری هدفی عملکردی-اجتنابی منفی و معنادار به دست آمد. همچنین دانش آموزان دختر پیشرفت تحصیلی بالاتری نسبت به دانش آموزان پسر داشتند. در سطح مدرسه، نوع مدرسه و ساختار هدفی تبحری رابطة مثبت و معنادار با پیشرفت تحصیلی دانش آموزان داشت. رابطة معناداری بین ساختار هدفی عملکردی- رویکردی و عملکردی- اجتنابی و خودکارآمدی جمعی معلمان با پیشرفت تحصیلی دانش آموزان به دست نیامد. پیش بین های سطح دانش آموز ۴۹ درصد از واریانس پیشرفت تحصیلی را در سطح دانش آموز و پیش بین های سطح مدرسه ۷۹ درصد از واریانس پیشرفت تحصیلی را در سطح مدرسه تبیین نمودند.}, keywords_fa = {پیشرفت تحصیلی خودکارآمدی تحصیلی اهداف پیشرفت ساختار هدفی مدرسه کارآمدی جمعی معلمان تحلیل چند سطحی}, url = {https://noavaryedu.oerp.ir/article_82388.html}, eprint = {https://noavaryedu.oerp.ir/article_82388_5b0c3f7c802daa1f5d31fa01e2903ed2.pdf} }
