In fact, addressing these competencies guarantees the expected outputs of the teaching process (Quality of Teaching) on the one hand and the accuracy of the process (good teaching) on the other hand. So, here classifying and dealing with all aspects of teaching is necessary, but it seems that exaggeration in adding new branches of skills in addition to creating an atmosphere of uncertainty, changes teaching into an unattainable profession. In this article, using descriptive-analytical method, the authors investigated the Shulman’s theory of teacher knowledge types which is the most important element of professional competencies of teachers and Eisner’s connoisseurship theory of teaching. In particular, they address the issue as to what extent existing categories are reliable and accurate. It seems that what has been considered by scholars in this field is achieving some kind of connoisseurship in teaching; however, without the appropriate basis for all kinds of knowledge division, that would be unlikely to happen. At the end, while comparing this knowledge domain with the concept of connoisseurship on the one hand and teaching process competencies and an expert system on the other hand, we tried to achieve a more accurate classification of teacher knowledge, so that we could specify an appropriate basis for classification of teacher knowledge types and also more accurate definition of concepts such as educational technology and connoisseurship could be obtained.}, keywords = {Professional Competencies of Teachers,Teacher’s Knowledge,Connoisseurship,criticism}, title_fa = {بازنگری انواع دانش معلمی (دیدگاه لی شولمن) از منظر نظریة خبرگی (دیدگاه الیوت آیزنر) و ارتباط آن با فنّاوری آموزشی نمونه ای از یک پژوهش توصیفی - تحلیلی}, abstract_fa = {صلاحیت های حرفه ای معلمان در هزارة سوم، آن دسته از مهارت ها و دانش هاست که به معلمان کمک می کند تا در فرایند تدریس با داشتن ورودی های مشخص نتایج مشخص به دست بیاورند. در واقع پرداختن به این صلاحیت ها، تضمین خروجی های مورد انتظار فرایند تدریس (کیفیت تدریس) از یک سو و صحت فرایند آن (تدریس خوب) از سوی دیگر است. بنابراین دسته بندی و پرداختن به همة ابعاد تدریس در این مهم واجب است؛ اما افراط در ایجاد شاخ و برگ های جدید به مهارت ها به نظر می رسد علاوه بر ایجاد فضای ابهام، معلمی را به حرفه ای دست نیافتنی تبدیل خواهد کرد. در این مقاله، نگارندگان با کمک روش توصیفی- تحلیلی به بررسی دو نظریه، یکی«نظریة انواع دانش معلمی» شولمن که از مهم ترین ارکان صلاحیت های حرفه ای معلمان است، و دیگری «نظریة خبرگی» در تدریس آیزنر پرداخته اند و بدین موضوع می پردازند که تا چه میزان دسته بندی های موجود قابل اعتماد و دقیق است. به نظر می رسد آنچه مدنظر اندیشمندان این حوزه بوده رسیدن به نوعی خبرگی در معلمی است؛ اما باید توجه داشت که بدون دست یافتن به مبنای درست تقسیم بندی انواع دانش بعید است که این موضوع محقق شود. در پایان، ضمن مقایسة تحلیلی دامنة این دانش ها با مفهوم خبرگی از یک سو و صلاحیت های فرایند تدریس و یک سیستم خبره از سوی دیگر،  سعی بر آن بوده است تا بر اساس تحلیلی نو مبتنی بر توصیفات پیشین، تقسیم بندی صحیح تری از انواع دانش معلمی به دست آید تا هم مبنای صحیح تقسیم بندی انواع دانش معلمی مشخص شود و هم تعریف درستی از مفاهیمی همچون فنّاوری آموزشی و خبرگی به دست آید.}, keywords_fa = {صلاحیت های حرفه ای معلمی,انواع دانش معلمی,خبرگی,نقد,فنّاوری آموزشی}, url = {https://noavaryedu.oerp.ir/article_79102.html}, eprint = {https://noavaryedu.oerp.ir/article_79102_95fba36042a65a9c6743efc20136754f.pdf} }
