It was a qualitative research with grounded theory design. The research tool included the coding tables, questionnaire and semi-structured interview. Data was analyzed using the content analysis technique. The research findings identified 6 dimensions, 21 components and 228 indicators of the school management with Islamic approach. The dimensions and components included: 1. Principal (individual characteristics of the school principal, leadership style); 2. Staffs (selection and recruitment, maintenance, education, communication, evaluation); 3. Students (physical development, cognitive development, moral and religious development, social development, technical and vocational development, artistic development); 4. Sources (social capital, information capital, physical and financial capital); 5. School culture (values, symbols); 6. Parents (education, participation). For the assessment of the validity of the content of the instrument, the indicators of the content validity ratio and content validity index have been used and its reliability (Cronbach's alpha coefficients) was 0.86. It could be acknowledged that there was no instrument similar to the instrument developed in this study. Also, considering the management and Islamic sources, the conceptual pattern of school management with Islamic approach has been suggested. این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی ویژگی‌های مدیریت مدرسه با رویکرد اسلامی و ارائة الگوی مفهومی انجام شده است. روش پژوهش کیفی و از نوع داده‌بنیاد است. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها جدول‌های کدگذاری، پرسش‌نامه، و مصاحبة نیمه‌ساختارمند بوده‌ است.به منظور تجزیه ‌و تحلیل داده‌ها از تکنیک «تحلیل محتوا» استفاده شد. یافته‌های این پژوهش شش بعد، 21 مؤلفه و 228 نشانگر مدیریت مدرسه با رویکرد اسلامی را شناسایی کرده است که در قالب ابزار ارائه شدند. ابعاد و مؤلفه‌ها عبارت‌اند از:<br />1. مدیر: ویژگی‌های فردی مدیر مدرسه، سبک رهبری؛<br />2. کارکنان: گزینش و جذب، نگهداشت، آموزش، ارتباطات، ارزشیابی؛<br />۳. دانش‌آموزان: تربیت جسمانی، تربیت علمی ، تربیت اخلاقی و دینی، تربیت اجتماعی، ، تربیت فنی ‌و حرفه‌ای، تربیت هنری؛<br />4. منابع: سرمایة اجتماعی، سرمایة اطلاعاتی، سرمایة مالی و فیزیکی؛<br />5. فرهنگ مدرسه: ارزش‌ها و نمادها؛<br />6. والدین: آموزش و مشارکت. <br />برای ارزیابی کمی روایی محتوای ابزار از شاخص‌های نسبت روایی محتوا (CVR) و (CVI) استفاده ‌شده است. پایایی محاسبه شده (ضریب آلفای کرونباخ) 86/0 است. می‌توان اذعان کرد، ابزار تهیه ‌شده، مشابه ندارد. همچنین با توجه به منابع مدیریتی و منابع اسلامی مورد مراجعه، الگوی مفهومی مدیریت مدرسه با رویکرد اسلامی پیشنهاد شده است https://noavaryedu.oerp.ir/article_107724_aa0df4a35184f6ae24fbb050d7df7e4d.pdf
