Designing an Organizational Wisdom Model for Primary School Principals in Fars Province

Abstract

The main goal of the current research was to design a micro-organizational model for elementary level managers. The present research method was qualitative and using thematic analysis method. For this study, the articles and researches conducted from 2000 to 2022 have been reviewed and studied. There are 268 research samples related to and in line with managers' microorganizations, of which 28 studies were selected using the CASP method. Data analysis was done based on the theme analysis method in ATLASTI software. To measure the validity of the research findings, four criteria Holstein coefficient, Scott's P coefficient, Cohen's Kappa index and Kruppendorf's alpha were used to check the reliability, transferability, verifiability and reliability. After analyzing and coding the findings, there are 37 basic themes, 13 organizing themes and 5 comprehensive themes including; Intelligent leadership, professional intelligence, system thinking, strategic mentality and quality-oriented thinking were obtained. Based on the obtained components, we conclude that organizations must have a systematic mindset and strategic plan to survive in the field of competition in a continuously changing, dynamic and complex environment and prepare themselves for unpredictable threats and opportunities.
