Analysis of the role of principals in turnaround leadership in schools

Abstract
This research was conducted with the aim of investigating and identifying the duties and roles of school principals in turnaround leadership in secondary schools. The current research has been carried out with the approach of systematic review of scientific research related to the role of school principals in turnaround leadership schools. In such a way that the related researche is extracted from international prestigious journals and then evaluated in term of research topic, after reviewing the data and analyzing them, open coding and the desired categories have been done. It was identified in the turnaround leadership, which were categorized in the form of strategic components. The results of the research showed: after analyzing and reviewing the content of the texts and central coding and selecting was categories and subcategories, a total of 81 open codes and 6 central codes (management and leadership, organizational development, improving processes and quality, cooperation and communication, evaluation and optimization creation, individual and organizational development) were identified for the activities of school turnaround leadership.
