This research has been carried out with the aim of designing and compiling a model for providing educational services to the student children of martyrs, veterans and martyrs in Iran. To achieve this goal, the research method of data theory of the foundation was used. The statistical population of the research was 1- all documents and instructions, 2- theoretical foundations (researches, articles and books) and 3- specialists, senior and middle managers and stakeholders, upstream documents, maximum possible researches, articles and books and A total of 70 specialists and practitioners were selected as a sample. An interview form was used to collect data and information in the documentation section as well as the theoretical foundations of the documentary review checklist and in the specialists and stakeholders section. To analyze the research data, qualitative content analysis, observance of categorization rules and Max QD12 software were used. Based on the research findings, 426 open codes were identified in the form of 79 central and selected codes including educational services, educational-cultural services, counseling and psychological services, physical education and health services, financial services, manpower services and space services. Equipment. In accordance with these characteristics, in this article, a conceptual model of providing educational services to the student children of martyrs, veterans and martyrs in Iran was drawn.
