The main goal of this research is to provide a model of the impact of the Weiss Board transformation strategy on the organizational excellence of the Ministry of Education and Health. The current research is applied in terms of its purpose and survey (localization) in terms of strategy, and it was carried out in the form of structural equations. The statistical population of this research includes 84 employees of the vice-chancellor of physical education and health of the Ministry of Education. The sample size of the research includes 68 people from the mentioned society. The sampling method of this research is stratified random. The research tools include the Aslani Organizational Excellence Questionnaire (2015) and Weisbord Organizational Transformation Questionnaire (2003). The validity and reliability of the tools were confirmed. All statistical analyzes were performed using smart pls version 3 and SPSS version 21 software. According to Figure 3, the T-Value of all variables is greater than 1.96 and indicates the influence of variables on each other at the 95% confidence level. Therefore, the Weiss Board transformation strategy has a significant effect on the organizational excellence of the Deputy of Physical Education and Health of the Ministry of Education (effect = 0.669; t = 12.96) and the overall fit of the research model was also confirmed. The managers and officials of this vice-chancellor can make a precise diagnosis of the situation of the organization and by using meritocracy and employing the right managers,
