عوامل مؤثر بر نگرش معلمان ویژه و عادی نسبت به دانش آموزان عقب مانده ذهنی و یکپارچه سازی آموزشی آنان

چکیده

یکی از مهم ترین عوامل مؤثر بر موفقیت برنامه های یکپارچه سازی آموزشی دانش آموزان عقب مانده ذهنی در مدارس عادی نگرش مثبت معلمان است. از این رو، در این پژوهش عوامل مؤثر بر نگرش 495 معلم از دبستان های عادی و استثنایی (247 معلم عادی و 248 معلم ویژه) در شهر تهران مورد مقایسه قرار گرفت. در پژوهش حاضر، به منظور سنجش نگرش معلمان مورد مطالعه نسبت به دانش آموزان عقب مانده ذهنی و یکپارچه سازی آموزشی آنان، پس از اعمال انطباق های ضروری، از مقیاس نگرش به پژوه (1992) استفاده شد. در این مطالعه میزان تماس اجتماعی، جنسیت، سن، گذراندن دوره آموزشی ضمن خدمت، پایه تدریس، میزان اطلاعات، سطح تحصیلات و سابقه تدریس به عنوان متغیرهای مستقل و نگرش معلمان نسبت به دانش آموزان عقب مانده ذهنی و یکپارچه سازی آموزشی آنان به عنوان متغیر وابسته محسوب می شد. نتایج به دست آمده نشان داد: الف) نگرش معلمان ویژه (استثنایی) نسبت به دانش آموزان عقب مانده ذهنی و یکپارچه سازی آموزشی آنان از نگرش معلمان عادی مثبت تر است. ب) آن گروه از معلمان استثنایی و عادی زن و جوان که با کودکان عقب مانده ذهنی تماس اجتماعی بیشتر داشته اند، دربارة آنان اطلاعات درست بیشتر داشته اند، از سطح تحصیلات بالاتر برخوردار بوده اند و دورة آموزشی دربارة آنان گذرانیده اند، نگرش مثبت تر ابراز کرده اند.

چکیده [English]

The integration of mentally retarded students into regular education schools by no means ensures their acceptance and social development. Therefore, in this study 495 regular and special education teachers including 248 special teachers and 247 regular teachers from Tehran in order to measure their attitudes towards mentally retarded students and their educational integration were given Beh-pajooh’s Attitude Scale (1992). Independent variables include: social contact, gender, age, in service training, level of teaching, information, education and experience of teaching and attitude scores was dependent variable. The results indicated that a: special teachers’ attitudes towards mentally retarded students and their educational integration were significantly more positive than regular teachers’ attitudes. b: both special and regular teachers, who were younger and female, who had experienced more social contact, right information, higher education and courses regarding in service training expressed more positive attitudes.
